we stayed at the holiday inn for our daughter's birthday trip. the receptionist, savannah, was warm and friendly, even giving our princess a birthday card. the hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near universal studios and international drive attractions. the free shuttle service and parking were a bonus, and the staff are helpful and friendly. the breakfast was good, and we were impressed by the hotel's dedication to cleanliness, with visible cleaning efforts throughout our stay. the comfortable beds and overall experience make us eager to return in the future.

I chose Holiday Inn on International Drive solely for its proximity to the Extreme Dinosaurs and Titanic Experience, and the free shuttle to Universal Studios. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the free Express Start Breakfast was a real treat.
Swimming pool not working.

Great amenities for families, super helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, and a variety of complimentary breakfast options.
Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.
